Order Dispatch & Shipping
- All products are carefully packed and dispatched from our end after a strict quality check.
- Any shipping delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- All shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and will not be covered by us.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product received is incorrect, or
- The product has a manufacturing defect, identified at the time of delivery.
The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/video proof of the issue.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact to qualify for a return/exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
